Hearing Tests in Santa Fe, NM
If you suspect you have hearing loss, the first step is a hearing test. We offer comprehensive hearing exams for adults of all ages. During your appointment, you will sit in a sound booth with a pair of headphones on. You’ll listen for a series of sounds that vary in frequency, pitch, and volume. Your results will be recorded on an audiogram which is what we use to plot your hearing ability.
Hearing loss is diagnosed in degrees: mild, moderate, moderately severe, severe and profound. Using the results of your hearing test along with our initial conversation about your goals, we will work with you to create a treatment plant tailored to you.

Hearing Aid Fitting
Once you’ve decided which hearing aids you want to move forward with, we’ll order them then have you come back for a fitting appointment. Hearing aids should be comfortable enough to wear all day but also sit securely in/around your ear, depending on the style you choose.
The hearing aids will then be programmed based on your hearing prescription (audiogram). Our team follows best practices, meaning we’ll verify the prescription using real-ear measurement. It’s important the devices provide you with the right amount of amplification and are not too loud. We may have you come back in for a follow-up appointment to check how you are hearing and see if we need to make any adjustments to the settings.
Hearing Aid Repair & Cleaning
We offer professional hearing aid cleaning and repairs to keep your devices working their best. Using advanced technology like the ReDux Pro drying and dehumidifying system, we can remove damaging moisture and debris that affect performance. Whether your hearing aids need deep cleaning, a quick fix, or a more detailed adjustment, our team can help. Regular maintenance not only improves sound quality but also extends the life of your devices, ensuring you stay connected to the sounds that matter most.
Hearing Aid Counseling
Hearing aid counseling helps you feel confident and supported as you adjust to new technology. During these sessions, we take the time to explain how your devices work, what to expect as you adapt to amplified sound, and how to get the most out of your hearing aids in everyday situations. Our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable, informed, and fully equipped to enjoy clearer communication and better hearing.
Custom Earmolds

Whether you want clearer hearing, safer listening, or enhanced performance, custom earmolds deliver a personalized solution that fits you perfectly.
